Recruiter
EMR Recruiters must have full knowledge to recruit through various
sources, including internet, referrals, colleges and direct mail
linked, face book, my space, church papers, and free websites.
The EMR Recruiter will facilitate the hiring process, which includes
phone interviewing, screening, credentialing candidates, and obtaining
employee profiles via fax or email.* Resume critiquing and building*Creating
Professional Bio's * The EMR Recruiter manages up to 60 healthcare
professionals and place them on medical assignments * The EMR
Recruiter consults with Marketing Director to provide the appropriate
direct hire arrangement * The EMR Recruiter communicates effectively
with employees, clients and internal office staff * Assist CEO
prospecting new business * The EMR Recruiter assists in all aspects
of a full cycle healthcare recruiter * The EMR Recruiter is required
to get 5 contracts signed per month for direct hire facilities.

The EMR Recruiter must be able to build and cultivate strong professional
relationships. The EMR Recruiter must have the ability to evaluate,
qualify and market candidates; working a full life cycle desk.
The EMR Recruiter need to to conduct professional interviews.
The EMR Recruiter must have executive, sales and/or management
skills. Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook 2007 proficiency. The
EMR Recruiter collaborates on placements through our various network
software systems and database of positions and candidates. The
EMR Recruiter evaluates candidates' qualifications and goals to
place them in qualified positions that match their needs. The
EMR Recruiter builds and develops long term professional relationships
with clients and candidates. Time management skills for an EMR
Recruiter are a top priority.
EMR

An EMR Recruiter provides full lifecycle recruiting of executive
level positions from initial job posting to completion of on-boarding
to ensure they are successful in its recruitment efforts. The
EMR Recruiter must have seven years experience in full lifecycle
recruiting. Prefer experience in health care industry for the
EMR Recruiter. The EMR Recruiter must have an expert level of
knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components to include,
but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing,
legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management,
and due diligence. The EMR Recruiter must have a wide degree of
creativity, recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal
organization. The EMR Recruiter must be able to manage competing
demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being
adaptable and flexible. The EMR Recruiter must have excellent
project management, writing and oral communication skills.
